This picture is twenty shades of pure awesomeness, condencsed and sprinkled lightly with brilliance. I applaud you for a rather special gathering of young captains.

Young Unohana looks so delightfully fresh and beautiful. And, apart from shorter hair, virtually unchanged from her future appearances. I like that.
