5th Division: Reborn

+ Captain Kurosaki Ichigo - After 3 years as a substitute shinigami, Ichigo is appointed as the 3rd seat in Division 1. Within a matter of weeks, he receives recommendations from every seated captain, which leads to his appointment as captain of Division 5. Taking after Captain Ukitake, he has yet to appoint a lieutenant.

+ 3rd Seat Kurosaki Yuzu - In one year under Urahara's tutelage, Yuzu becomes a shinigami and unlocks her shikai. She enters Soul Society's 13 Squads at the same time as Ichigo's first promotion. She enter's Divison 11 and works her way up to 6th seat. She transfers to Squad 5 as 3rd seat (1 of 2) upon Ichigo's second promotion. Like Ichigo's zanpakuto, hers is locked in its shikai form. She has yet to unlock her bankai.

+ 3rd Seat Kurosaki Karin - Karin hunts hollow and other dark spirits under the guardianship of Uryu for 3 years, mastering a special bow that any type of being can utilize given a high enough level of riatsu. Karin enters Soul Society's special forces as a shinigami, where she learns from Soifon to unlock her shikai. She eventually transfers to Squad 5 as 3rd seat (1 of 2). She has yet to unlock her bankai, but remains an archeress.
